These Terms & Conditions govern the use of calqira.com and the real estate crowdlending services offered by Calqira S.A.S. Accessing the site implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Identification of the owner
Calqira S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71856324-7, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under No. 7,824,902, with offices at Av. Del Libertador 1642, Floor 11, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.
2. Purpose
Calqira operates a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) registered with the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) under Resolution No. 1057/2024, intended to connect investors with real estate projects developed by third parties.
3. Registration and account
To invest you must create an account, be of legal age and pass the identification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) processes required by UIF regulations.
4. Investment risk
Investments in real estate projects carry risk. Published returns are estimates and not guaranteed. Investors may lose part or all of the capital contributed. Calqira is not responsible for the commercial success of each project, but for the proper intermediation under the applicable regulation.
5. Fees
Calqira charges fees for intermediation and administration services, detailed in each project before you confirm the investment. We do not charge hidden fees.
6. Intellectual property
The Calqira brand, software, design and content published on the site are the property of Calqira S.A.S. Their use without written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Anti-money laundering
Calqira is an AML reporting entity before the Financial Information Unit (UIF), registration No. 48,210, and applies strict policies of due diligence, monitoring and reporting of suspicious transactions.
8. Changes
Calqira may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the site and will take effect 15 days after publication.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
