Anyone over 18 with tax residence in Argentina can open an account. We run identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) processes in line with UIF regulations.
The minimum investment is ARS 50,000 per project. There is no maximum, although each round has a cap set by the developer.
Once the project is completed and units are sold, Calqira distributes the profits proportionally to your linked bank account or digital wallet, following each project's schedule.
Calqira S.A.S. operates as a Collective Financing Platform registered with the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV), under the applicable General Resolutions.
If a project does not raise the required capital within the set period, we return 100% of the contributed capital to investors with no costs or fees.
Each project defines its exit conditions. Some offer a secondary market where you can transfer your stake to other investors before construction is completed.
