What is real estate crowdlending?

A modern way to invest in Argentine bricks and mortar.

Real estate crowdlending is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate ventures that would be hard to access on an individual basis.

Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are allocated to a specific project. Once construction is completed and targets are met, returns are distributed among all participants in proportion to their contribution.

This model allows people with a smaller amount of capital to invest in major developments, such as residential buildings, housing complexes or the renovation of existing properties, something increasingly relevant in the Argentine urban context.

Crowdlending opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer exclusive to large developers or investment funds: today anyone can take part.

Who can invest with Calqira?

Anyone over 18 with tax residence in Argentina can open an account. We run identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) processes in line with UIF regulations.

What is the minimum ticket?

The minimum investment is ARS 50,000 per project. There is no maximum, although each round has a cap set by the developer.

How are returns paid back?

Once the project is completed and units are sold, Calqira distributes the profits proportionally to your linked bank account or digital wallet, following each project's schedule.

Is the platform regulated?

Calqira S.A.S. operates as a Collective Financing Platform registered with the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV), under the applicable General Resolutions.

What happens if a project does not reach its target?

If a project does not raise the required capital within the set period, we return 100% of the contributed capital to investors with no costs or fees.

Can I withdraw my capital before the end of the term?

Each project defines its exit conditions. Some offer a secondary market where you can transfer your stake to other investors before construction is completed.
