At Calqira S.A.S. ("Calqira", "we") we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the provisions issued by the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Calqira S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71856324-7, with registered offices at Av. Del Libertador 1642, Floor 11, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is the data controller for the personal data collected through calqira.com and its digital channels.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide (first and last name, email address, phone, ID, Tax ID, banking details), browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) and data derived from regulatory compliance (identity verification, source of funds).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to grant access to the platform, inform you about investment opportunities, comply with obligations before CNV, UIF and AFIP, perform statistical analyses and send commercial communications where you have given consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, the performance of contracts, compliance with legal obligations and Calqira's legitimate interest in preventing fraud and improving our services.
5. Retention period
We retain data while your account is active and, afterwards, during the minimum periods required by Argentine financial and tax regulations (up to 10 years for certain operations).

We may share data with regulators (CNV, UIF, AFIP), technology providers with equivalent protection standards, developers of the projects you take part in, and banks involved in transfers.
7. International transfers

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by writing to privacy@calqira.com. You can also lodge complaints with the AAIP, supervisory body for Law No. 25,326.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption, access controls and periodic audits.
